Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Traci Coleman. I was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming and relocated to Georgia in March 2000. In 2017, I received my primary teaching certificate from The Montessori Teacher Education Institute. Later, I furthered my professional development by obtaining my AMI Montessori Administrators Certificate at the Whole School Leadership Institute. I am also on the Board of Directors of the Montessori Administrators of Georgia.

As far back as I can remember, Montessori has been a part of my life. For seven years I served as an assistant in the Montessori environment, working alongside my mother who was the Toddler Directress. In 2010, I switched gears and started serving as an assistant in the primary classroom. It was there that my true calling was established and my heart was set in motion. I knew that an education such as Montessori should be accessible to all children. This very need became the heart of my mission.

I am a wife, and a mother of four. Two of my four children attended The Montessori School of Cheyenne while the younger two received care at home where the Montessori Philosophy was implemented. Grow Montessori School is the culmination of my lifelong passion for creating an equitable space, where self confidence is built and the secret ambitions of children are revealed and supported.
